We are located at 4053 West 8380 South, West Jordan, UT 84088, on the corner of 4000 West and 8380 South. Nearby landmarks include Bangerter Highway, the Jordan Land Shopping Center, the West Jordan Municipal Building, the South Valley Regional Airport, and Salt Lake Community College: Jordan Campus. Nearby cities include South Jordan, Riverton, Salt Lake City, and Midvale.

Is there a down payment or deposit required to make a reservation?
There is no down payment or deposit required.  Setting up a reservation is free of charge.  At the time of move-in, we do charge a one-time administration fee.

What are your office hours?
Our office hours are:
Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Sunday: Closed
Closed on all major holidays

When can I access my storage unit?
Our access hours are 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., 7 days a week.

Are your storage units temperature controlled?
Yes, our units are temperature-controlled. Controlling the temperature in storage units prevents damage to your stored belongings that can occur due to prolonged exposure to temperature changes. It also provides added protection from dust, keeping your items cleaner.

What if it is raining or snowing on my moving day?
You’re in luck! We have covered loading bays and heated cement to make it easier to move when the weather just isn’t cooperating with your plans and to protect you and your moving team from the sun on bright days.

How can I pay my bill?
It’s up to you! You can pay by credit card, direct billing, auto-pay, over the phone, check, or cash. We also offer discounts for longer-term rentals.

What are your security features? 
We have state-of-the-art security features, including 32 high-quality security cameras, on-site managers, cylinder door locks, electronic gate access, and individual unit alarms. The property is well lit.

How does the special work?
We prorate your first month’s rent using the standard unit rate from the day you move in. Our specials start in the second month and run for the applicable duration. After the special ends, the unit will go back to the Standard Rate.
